Global Shared Business Services supports customers in and outside of the business through centralization of support functions, process improvement, and service delivery. We work together, as a team, to ensure that business functions smoothly and customers are satisfied.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices/credit memos related to accounts payables. They verify invoices and reconcile statements to keep track of any missing invoices and credits owed, and not yet received. The accounts payable clerk produces accurate, timely, and valuable work. They must pay attention to detail and be able to analyse discrepancies, so that they are resolved in a timely manner. The Accounts Payable Clerk work hand in hand with the receiving and supply chain teams to ensure timely resolution of receiving discrepancies

Requisitos e qualificações
Essential Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years of accounts payable experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computers skills required and 10-key by touch
- ERP system experience
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP system
