Talent Acquisition Executive

- Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI tar get
- Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interview session as per individual KPI target.
- Build strong relationship with all key account clients Meet client’s demand and adapt to changes accordingly.
- Manage risk, quick troubles hooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.
- Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely manne r
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
