Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Job Description:
To support the SIG Operations team with the following tasks:
- Purchase Order (PO) Coordination, Demand Entry, and SAP Demand Management
- SAP Material Extension, CM Reserve, Scrap and Inventory Management, and Intersite Balancing
- RMA, Syborg, and Data Coordination
- Logistics Coordination, Inventory Management, Material Sales, and Material PO Creation
- Support for SAP inbound and outbound activities with third-party logistics (3PL)
- Creation, updating, and maintenance of procedural and work instruction documentation
- Any ad-hoc tasks related to Order Management System (OMS) as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree any related field is preferred, experience with SAP is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications in Excel, Power Point and Word. Knowledge of writing Macros is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months contract.
