Facility/Mechanical Technician

Facility Technician
- Familiar with the operation and maintenance of utility equipment to ensure normal operation, fault diagnosis, and repair
- Responsible for the management of high and low voltage equipment in the factory, including lighting operation
- Manage the operation of high and low voltage equipment, air conditioning, air compressors, and lighting in the factory
- Responsible for improvements, upgrades, and energy-saving work related to infrastructure
- Responsible for energy consumption statistics and management of utility systems to achieve energy-saving goals
- Supervise the construction and renovation of utility systems on-site
- Responsible for positioning, installation, and commissioning of new production line equipment
- Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in the area, including operator inspections, autonomous maintenance (AM), implementation of preventive maintenance (PM), and daily corrective maintenance (CM) to ensure smooth production
- Assist engineers in improving equipment utilization rate, PPM/UPH, and process yield rate
- Execute standardized equipment changeover work, and continuously follow up on equipment performance and production capacity
- Responsible for 5S activities related to equipment
- Diploma or above, in mechanical, electrical, automation, or related fields
- Familiar with mechanical principles and proficient in the working principles and uses of electrical components
- Over one year of equipment maintenance experience (lithium battery industry preferred)
- Good knowledge in Operation and Maintenance
- Good Team player and great teamwork. Able to handle multi tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
