Sales Representatives (6 Months Contract)
Position: Service Point Acquisition (Sales Representative)
Cover Area: Georgetown, Penang
Salary: Basic RM 2500 + Travel Allowance RM 500
Summary: As a Service Point Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be on the ground building relationships with retail stores and getting them on board as Shopee Service Points, where sellers and buyers can easily drop off and pick up parcels. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
Willingness to travel:
Cover Area: Georgetown, Penang

Responsibilities:
- Hunt for Leads: Pitch the SPX program to retail stores, convincing them to become Shopee Service Points.
- Expand the Network: Use our targeted list of locations, but also explore eligible stores within a 250-meter radius (stores must be open at least 5.5 days a week and until 6 PM).
- Seal the Deal: Handle the entire process—from pitching and contract signing to delivering POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and onboarding new partners.
- Hit Your Targets: Work independently to achieve and exceed your sales goals.
- A confident pitch and strong negotiation skills.
- Sales driven
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and tracking.
- Relationship-building skills to turn store owners into long-term partners.
- Good command of Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus!).
- Minimum SPM education level.
- Experience in logistics or door-to-door sales is an added advantage!
- Performance Incentive: Up to RM200
- Leads Incentive: Up to RM1,000 (based on the number of collection points acquired)
- On-the-go: This is an on-ground role where you’ll be based in your assigned area.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Required)
