We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Deposit Relationship Manager to join our team at a leading bank in Penang Mainland. This role will be responsible for managing and growing deposit relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting financial goals.
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Location: Penang Mainland
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Deposit Relationship Manager to join our team at a leading bank in Penang Mainland. This role will be responsible for managing and growing deposit relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on deposit growth and customer retention.
- Provide personalized financial advice and deposit solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Achieve deposit targets and support bank's growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other bank products and services.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and security protocols.
- Minimum SPM
- Proven experience in banking or financial services, preferably in relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet goals and provide excellent customer service.
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
