Job Overview :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, including driving sales, managing costs, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, and overseeing staffing and staff development.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures and overall profitability.
Drive sales growth and control costs to meet or exceed budgeted business results.
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure a satisfactory and pleasant dining experience for customers.
Utilize computer systems to accurately process customer charges, create forecasts and revenue reports, and manage correspondence. Ensure reports are detailed and submitted on time.
Work closely on monthly beverage inventory management.
Appoint, induct, and mentor new team members. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure effective staff performance.
Assist in recruitment, selection, and staff retention to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Enforce and manage food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with company standards and statutory requirements.
Inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and oversee security procedures, including cash deposits and the staggered method of opening and closing.
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in overseeing multiple restaurant locations or franchised units.
Demonstrated excellence in people management and strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel between different outlets and adapt to switching between branches as needed.
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.
Note:
Successful candidates must be willing to travel to Johor Bahru, JOHOR for training.
Accommodation during training will be provided during the training period.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month Benefits:
