Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline food preparation and service.
• Inventory and Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the freshness and availability of ingredients.
• Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on dishes and ingredients, ensuring high standards are met consistently.

Job Requirement:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in various cooking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in food preparation.
• Leadership: Capable of leading and motivating a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Note:

• Successful candidates must be willing to travel to Johor Bahru, JOHOR for training.
• Accommodation during training will be provided during the training period.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,350.00 - RM3,350.00 per month
