Quantity Surveyor

  • Handling tendering of projects, able to do measurement and costs estimation for tender and quotation.
  • Prepare necessary required documents for tender interview and tender clarification if there's any.
  • Able to provide costs and material estimates, drawing up the projected budgets and work alongside a team.
  • Able to multitasks, might handle few projects tendering at one time.
  • Be responsible on completing tender documents and submit on-time as required.
  • Need to be a detailed person and sensitive to numbers to avoid any human mistakes costings compilation and in submitting the tender.
  • In charge in collecting and submitting tender documents and be fully in charge on confidential data throughout the tender process.
Background Required:
  • Candidate must possess Degree level in QS field, relevant QS Background in Mechanical & Electrical field.
