Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the subcontractors to prepare the relevant supporting documents for claim, and prepare payment certificate to subcontractors.
  • Assist to prepare relevant supporting document for Milestone Achievement Claim to MRL.
  • Responsible for the subcontractors survey and assist the subcontractors to register on CCC (ECRL) Subcontractors and Consultant Management System.
  • Responsible for documents collection, sorting, classification, numbering and archiving in accordance with difference categories.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above.
  • At least one year working experience as quantity surveyor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Good at communicating with others.
  • High responsibility and good team work spirit.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Kelantan or Terengganu.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Day shift
