PROTEGE - SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract length: 12 months
Benefits:
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Assist with the preparation and review of tender documents.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts.
- articipate in site visits to measure quantities and assess work progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including cost reports, variation orders, and progress reports.
- Assist with identifying and assessing potential financial risks on projects.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Open for Fresh Graduates. No prior experience required (entry-level).
- Internships or academic project experience in quantity surveying or construction management are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Contract length: 12 months
