PROTEGE - SITE SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract length: 12 months
Benefits:
- Assist the Site Supervisor in daily site management activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
- Participate in site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Help coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates.
- Attend safety meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of safety on-site.
- Observe and learn best practices in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues as they arise.
- Gain familiarity with site-specific tools, equipment, and technology.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Interior Design or Architecture.
- Previous experience in a construction or trade-related role is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and safety practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow directions and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
