PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

1. Sourcing New suppliers and Parts, Raw Material, Supply items, Indirect Parts, Essential and Non Essential item based on availability, necessity, better quality, and cost reduction.
2. Request for quotes, negotiations for best price, Incoterm, Payment term, best MOQ and good quality. Submit comparisons for approval.
3. Price comparisons /establishment & estimation on cost & price parameters and check forecast expected cost incurred or saving.
4. Review, study, assisting with Production and PE PIC- Possibility for maximum ROI – new material/small tools appliances and small equipment.
5. New part for Pre Prod - expedite the progress, delivery, confirmation on approval.
6. Confirmation of all materials and supplies compliance to spec and ROSH Compliance and Part approval before ordering for MP usage.
7. Sourcing – supply item and Material for cost reduction – VA request /application.
8. Price registration after approval and updating parts / item data e.g. MOQ, L/T into System
9. Providing Shelf Life info, SDS, Spec sheet and Tech Data Sheet to end requester / user
10. To provide info, spec sheet and data necessary for PPE registrations.
11. Work out /request info from supplier for recovery action on expired supply item for MPC, Production, PE and Store PIC to analyze and conduct testing.
12. Weekly checking APS Report – for Part shortages/demands and Status. Submit Report for approval
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • FACTORY FIELD: 2 years (Preferred)
