PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

· To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure smooth running of production.
· To plan and purchase materials according to requirement of customer purchase order.
· To plan and purchase materials according to production machine requirement.
· To plan, monitor and control material inventory at optimum level.
· Conduct, monitor and evaluate suppliers performance and managing good relationship with supplier.
· Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items/engaged service.
· Request sample, quotation and negotiate reasonable price with supplier.
· Attend all raw material and machine issue report by internal department.
· To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures.
· To ensure ordered material arrive follow purchase order delivery date.
· Monthly closing purchase order with invoice and delivery order.
· Key in purchase invoice in SQL system.
· Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing report.
· Any other responsibilities which may be assign from time to time by department head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
