Job Description
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Identify and evaluate potential and new suppliers
  • Make supplier management and establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand supply trends and identify new suppliers
  • Sourcing material according to SAP demand or new machine
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Prepare necessary information for info record
  • Choose the best info record for price, time, quality in SAP
  • Prepare and processed daily fixed PR
  • Sourcing mechanical/electrical material for DMR, internal repair, carrier tape raw material, local rework and local fabrication demand
  • Monitor and manage procurement costs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through supplier negotiations, bulk purchasing, or alternative sourcing.
  • Report on cost performance and savings achieved.
  • Make quality improvement together with other department.
  • Reduce warehouse inventory
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development or process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality control, and finance, to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
  • Conferring with suppliers in order to obtain prices and specifications
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve procurement processes and supplier relationships.

YOU CONVINCE US WITH :
  • Your Certificates/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Your working experiences in Manufacturing Industry. Fluent in Verbal and written in English, Mandarin will be an advantage language
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Experience in handling resource planning system
  • Efficiently use all Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
