Project Planning Executive
As a Project Planning Executive , your main role is co-ordinate and monitor work performance of workers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and completion of project to meet client’s requirement and satisfaction.

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Involve in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
- Assist project manager in carrying out feasibility study, project budget and cash flow projection.
- Liaison with relevant authorities and consultants for all the submissions and approvals within timeframe for land matters, licensing, permits, drawings, documents and CCC.
- Involving in contract administration and management of all contracts awarded to external consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Attending projects meetings.
- Execute and monitor to ensure works carry out in accordance with the contract drawing and specification, completed within schedule.
- Ensure contractor follow relevant authorities requirements or standards and instruction given by consultants.
- Ensure quality of products highlight and advice or rectification for defects found.
- Highlighted problems at site or discrepancy in design and drawing propose cost saving solution before implementation.
- Manage key projects issues as directed by project manager.
- Reports to project manager on daily management and task delivery.
- Impalement any and relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural / Quantity Surveying.
- At least 2 years working experience in Property Developer or related field.
- Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision, project planning, technical and tendering, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liaisons.
- Have an eye for details and meticulous in enforcing high standards of project planning and construction work. (Preferably possess working experience with property developer)
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, excellent client, facing skills, ability to motivate team to meet tight deadline.
- Ability to have strong impact and influence by decisions.
Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
