Project Management Assistant (Accessible to LRT Abdullah Hukum)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Project Management Assistant supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs within the organization. This role involves coordinating activities, managing program logistics, ensuring compliance with program goals, and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the planning, development, and execution of program activities.
2. Serve as the primary contact for program participants, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Collect, analyze, and report on program data. Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant information, and outcomes.
4. Ensure programs comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
5. Work closely with other departments, such as HR, Finance, and Communications, to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Competencies
1. Strong project management and organizational skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.
4. Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and service level.
8. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Computer proficiency, especially in Excel, Microsoft Office and Powerpoint.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Education, Social Work, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
2. Proficiency in English is a must.
