Job Scope：
- To direct and manage each aspect of planning, execution, and profitability of assigned projects to meet the interest of the company.
- To plan or direct, assigned Project Engineer, to comply with the technical requirements and specifications called for in each project and propose alternative design to substitute tender design where possible, resulting in cost savings and/or additional VO wherever possible.
- To assess and re-allocate manpower as required meeting with the Project Department’s Projects in hand and making request for manpower adjustments as needed.
- To plan or direct, assigned Project Engineer, to commence procurement in a timely manner and adhere to the company procurement policy.
- To plan and direct, assigned Project Engineer, to procure the most competitive cost approved materials, equipment, systems, and sub-contractors to be used in each project.
- To study the project specifications and support or, direct the assigned Project Engineer to support, each procurement of a class of material, equipment, system, or service with an accurate and properly itemized BQ to minimize the utilization of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders within the class of item.
- To ensure details in Sub-Contracts, purchase Agreements and Purchase Order are accurate and meet with the Project Specifications in covering the full scope of work intended and required by the main contract.
- To monitor the site work and direct the Project Engineer to review and meet the specified requirement of the Main Contract, and if so, to ensure that all extra work is claimed as a variation order in accordance with the terms and conditions for the main contract.
- To monitor the progress of work on site and recommend, if appropriate, the interim payment certificate to supplier / subcontractors.
- To actively manage and utilize the whole Project Team and to minimize project cost and capital utilization.
- To attend all meetings and discussions as required by senior management unless absent with a valid reason and participate constructively in all meetings and discussion.
- To adopt and implement all policy, procedures and work methods as directed by Director / HODs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Director / HODs.
薪资： RM19,000.00至RM25,000.00（每月 ）
