PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Project Management:
- Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and control project costs and budget, including labor and material expenses.
- Team Coordination:
- Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress, issues, and safety concerns.
- Allocate tasks and manage workflow to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and compliance with specifications.
- Address and resolve any defects or issues that arise during construction.
- Health and Safety:
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that all personnel are trained in safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Communication:
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and changes.
- Manage and resolve any disputes or issues that arise on site.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, including budget and timeline updates.
- Compliance:
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Obtain and manage necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
