Job Accountabilities
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Prepare statement of work, proposals, and quotations for new projects & enhancements to existing systems.
- Work with the support team to ensure that issues affecting the customers are resolved within the contracted SLA.
- Experienced with different roles and managed various categories of projects at planning, feasibility study, and end-to-end delivery
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to understand technology and business with strong analytical mind
- Exposure to software project management with at least 3 years of experience. 1. Domain knowledge in banking specifically

- Familiar with project management methodologies
- Confident in presenting and interacting in a business capacity
- Relevant experience in preparing project documentation
- Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Talented, experienced and passion in area of software consulting and financial services
- Fast learner, competitive spirit self-motivated with optimistic attitude and high desire for new learnings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship management
- Strong analytical abilities, initiatives, resourceful, inquisitive in nature, meticulous with strong problem-solving skills
- High resilience capability to deal with problems and manage conflicts effectively
- Independent but also a great team player
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
