Project Junior Executive cum Admin
Tasks & responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager on daily development project management and tasks delivery.
- Liaison with relevant authorities and consultants for all the submissions and approval within timeframe for land matters, licensing, permits, drawings, documents and CCC.
- Involving in carrying out feasibility study, land search, project budget and cash flow projection.
- Regularly monitor the budget utilization for ongoing projects and departmental expenses.
- Maintain and manage records and documentation according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to all internal teams.
- Track progress of departmental projects, including timelines, milestones, and budget adherence.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to department heads
- Assist in the resolution of project-related issues and coordinate project support activities.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements :
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work, ensuring meticulous execution and adherence to standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
