Job Title: Production Line Leader
Location: Bayan Lepas
Salary: RM2500-RM3500
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Leader to oversee our production line operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management, particularly within the electronics industry. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely completion of production tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Leader to oversee our production line operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management, particularly within the electronics industry. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely completion of production tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Aged between 18-40 years old, in good health, and free of infectious diseases.
- More than 2 years of experience in production line management, preferably in an electronics factory.
- Proficient in using computer office software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production staff.
- Proficient in Malay, Mandarin, and English.
- No specific academic qualifications required.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily production activities, effectively managing production employees to ensure completion of production plans.
- Preparation for Production: Arrange materials, personnel, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions, creating a suitable working environment prior to production.
- Timely Task Completion: Ensure production tasks assigned by the planning department are completed on time and in the required quantities. Maintain accurate production records and provide timely feedback to the production supervisor regarding any issues.
- Implement 5S Activities: Adhere to “5S activities” to maintain cleanliness and order in the production area, ensuring an organized and safe working environment.
- Enhance Team Efficiency: Foster positive interpersonal relationships within the production line to improve efficiency, ensuring compliance with the company’s rules and work discipline.
- Support HR Functions: Collaborate with the personnel administration department to maintain accurate attendance records, assist in training new staff, and facilitate regularization and changes to production personnel.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
