CNC Milling Machinist
Job Description:
As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Benefits:
As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including vertical and horizontal mills.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Program CNC milling machines using G-code or CAD/CAM software.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and precision.
- Conduct routine inspections of machined parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product designs.
Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
