JR63515 POM STRATEGIC PLANNER
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage sample demand entry from various customers and ensures completeness, data quality, and viability of request dates.
- Ensures product master data, silicon, materials, and capacity is planned and ready for product kitting by Tactical Planners at build start time.
- Works with Tactical Planners to ensure manufacturing commits are provided and updated in the demand management system.
- Monitor performance to plan and report status.
- Manage mitigation and prioritization of misses.
- Communication with PDT and Management.
- Ensures NPI to HVM handoffs are successful.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence others using a variety of approaches with or without position power
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
- Decision making skills using data analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and tool experience (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, Tableau etc.)
- Ability to work with global multi-cultural teams
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
EDUCATION:
- Master or degree in a relevant discipline such as: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PLM will be an advantage
- Program/Project Management, or Engineering is preferred.
