Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Kapar,Klang
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary Range: RM8000-RM13000
Job Summary:
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing the team, planning production schedules, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets.
  • Supervise and motivate the production team.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety audits.
  • Prepare and present production performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of OEE, TPM, ISO 9001 systems, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
