MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
- Prepare Maintenance Service Report (MSR)
- To key-in data in Master list
- To liase with client through phone call and gather feedback / information
- Prepare Maintenance Order (MO)
- Prepare Job Order Form and pass to production
- Support manager’s arrangement by make sure availability of product and brief to maintenance team.
- Closed cases and prepared maintenance report
- To liase with sub-contractor
- To perform any other related duties assigned to you by the management from time to time.
- Possess SPM or Diploma in related field. Experience in managing maintenance team will add advantage.
- 1-3 years working experience in the related field.
- Able to understand, read and write English and Malay
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle administrative work
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
