Maintenance Assistant
A maintenance assistant's job is to keep a facility clean and in good working order. Their responsibilities include:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Cleaning: Cleaning buildings, rooms, and grounds
- Maintenance and repairs: Performing general maintenance and repairs on the building, grounds, and equipment
- Equipment maintenance: Keeping equipment in good working condition by performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and maintaining performance records
- Minor repairs: Handling minor plumbing issues, repairing windows and doors, and changing light bulbs
- Safety: Ensuring that the facility is safe
- Snow and ice removal: Ensuring that snow and ice are removed promptly
- Operating reports: Providing operating reports to the owners of the facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
- Overtime pay
