Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Product Labels:
- Label Creation: Design and print accurate product labels for drums.
- Label arrangement: Arrange outsourcing for coil product labels.
- Compliance: Ensure labels meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and quality of labels before release.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of labeling materials and order supplies as needed.
- Inventory Counting: Conduct monthly physical counts of finished goods in the warehouse.
- Reconciliation: Compare physical counts with inventory records to identify discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed inventory count reports for management review.
- Accuracy Assurance: Implement procedures to improve inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Verification: Verify the quantity of goods against delivery notes and sales orders.
- Documentation: Ensure all relevant documentation (packing lists, delivery notes) is accurate and complete.
- Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure goods are correctly packed and ready for delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Scheduling: Schedule deliveries with transporters based on priority and customer requirements.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
- Documentation: Prepare and provide necessary shipping documents to transporters.
- Tracking: Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
