IT Business Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/IT
Over 1-2 years working experience in stokebroking/banking products / customers related. Having good proficient in written english will be an advantage
Coordinate and assist in the execution of UAT scripts.
Complete problem logs
Assist all test results are captured and documented
Participate in resolution/retest of issues
Assist the team updating the SOP accordinging to NOVA process flow
Assist Project Manager in compiling issues to be reported
Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills in English.
Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact effectively with internal and external parties
Job Types: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,332.80 - RM4,877.64 per month
