Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant To Director to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in procurement, marketing, and executive support. The successful candidate will work closely with our procurement team, liaise with marketing agencies, assist in sourcing innovative packaging solutions, and manage the schedule and tasks of our Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Assist in the procurement process, including vendor research, quotation requests, and procurement documentation.
- Marketing Liaison: Act as a liaison between the company and external marketing agencies. Coordinate meetings, communicate marketing plans, and ensure deliverables meet our standards and timeline.
- Packaging Sourcing: Work closely with the product development team to source packaging materials that are cost-effective, sustainable, and align with our brand image.
- Executive Support: Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources. Handle correspondence, prepare meeting briefs, and assist in task management.
- Project Management: Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the team's efforts in achieving project goals and deadlines.
- Learning and Development: Engage in learning opportunities within the company to understand the broader business operations and develop skills across different functions.
- Prefer candidate with diploma / bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Interest in and ability to learn about various aspects of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
