Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Offline Marketing: Manage traditional marketing channels, including print, outdoor advertising, events, and in-store promotions. Coordinate roadshows, pop-up stores, and other physical events.
• Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategy.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitors. Use data to refine marketing strategies and target campaigns effectively.
• Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns with a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development, and operations) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing successful online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and email marketing software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
