Human Resource Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance. You will work closely with management to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance reviews.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Support in organizing training programs and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
