HRA Assistant
1) Liaise with clinic and arrange / coordinate foreign worker for FOMEMA.
2) Arrange / coordinate foreign worker for Immigration Office, Embassy, Airport / etc.
3) Liaise with the clinic or hospital for foreign worker sickness issues.
4) Manage company vehicles maintenance and control and ensure scheduled maintenance carried out in timely manner.
5) Shuffle workers when as per superior instruction or been scheduled (i.e. sick, injuries, airport / etc.)
6) Foreign workers hostel monitoring / audit.
7) Manage shell cards and touch & go i.e., touch & go top-up, collect monthly shell receipt, verified and submit to account department by monthly basis.
8) Arrange foreign worker to open bank account and to solve any bank related matter for needed workers only.
9) Lockers control.
10) To occasionally perform any other related ad hoc tasks as the Top Management may deem suitable and assigned from time to time.
General administration tasks:
a. Manage one (1) Jr. Technician under Human Resource and Administration Dept.
b. Ensure hostels are well maintained and upkeep in good and safe conditions.
c. Attending any hostel complain, arranged the HRA Jr. Technician to service / repair the damage item.
d. To perform monthly hostel checking and reports and ensure all complaints and requests are addressed and solved.
e. To provide hostels monthly First-Aid box and Fire Equipment checking reports.
f. To submit monthly utilities and billing control for hostel TNB, SAINS, rental and workers transportation on timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
