HR Assistant Officer
Job Descriptions
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing accurately, including payroll calculation, overtime and allowance which is accordance & in compliance with the local legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database and other documents alias with ISO standards.
- Responsible for recruitment process including job posting, resume filtering, arranging interview and also orientation for new joins.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by superior.
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration or any related fields.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR fields.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and able to communicate with people from diverse background and level.
- Able to work under fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision from superior.
- Candidates that can start immediately or with short notice is preferred.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
