HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Benefits:
- Daily data entry and checking as to ensure accurate and timely processing of staff time attendance for monthly payroll.
- Ensure all records and data pertaining to recruitment new staff, confirmation, transfer and resignation are correctly recorded and updated.
- Assist on the recruitment activities– Interview arrangement, vetting and reference check.
- Conduct new hire induction training, asset and stationary issuance.
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.
- Basic knowledge with Malaysian Employment Act and government rulings related to HR.
- Proficient in both oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Approachable with a pleasant disposition, resourceful, initiative, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, positive and Meticulous person
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
