담당 업무:
  • 한국어를 사용하는 사용자의 문의에 대해 실시간 채팅 및 메시징 플랫폼을 통해 신속하고 효율적으로 응답합니다.
  • 계정 설정, 기술 문제 해결 및 일반적인 제품 정보 제공과 같은 다양한 문의를 처리합니다.
  • 고객 만족도를 높이기 위해 긍정적이고 도움이 되는 태도로 탁월한 고객 서비스를 제공합니다.
  • 발생하는 문제를 식별하고 관련 팀에 보고하여 제품 및 서비스 개선에 기여합니다.
  • 회사 정책과 절차를 준수하여 전문적인 커뮤니케이션을 유지합니다.
자격 요건:
  • 한국어 원어민 수준의 구사 능력 필수
  • 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 기술
  • 고객 서비스 또는 관련 분야 경험 우대
  • 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 효율적으로 멀티태스킹 및 우선 순위 지정 능력
  • 문제 해결 및 분석적 사고 능력

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries from Korean-speaking users promptly and efficiently through live chat and messaging platforms.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries including account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing general product information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report emerging issues to relevant teams, contributing to product and service improvements.
  • Maintain professional communication while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Native fluency in Korean is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
