Position : General Manager
Basic Salary : RM4,000 - RM6,000
Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location : No 9 Jalan Cemerlang Jaya, Taman Cemerlang Jaya 83500 Parit Sulong, Batu Pahat. Johor.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends, providing recommendations for business expansion.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development.
- Set clear expectations and goals for team members.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Implement process improvements and streamline workflows.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the company's performance against them.
- Take proactive measures to achieve or exceed established KPIs.
- Drive innovation within the company to stay ahead of competitors.
- Explore new markets and product/service offerings to expand the company's footprint.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
