1. At times takes care of correspondence and other necessary tasks assigned by the Controller.
2. Liaise with all Finance staff information necessary to keep all staff updated.
3. Daily Cash Collection to tally with Daily Cash Sales.
4. Petty Cash Issues and Journal Entries.
5. To ensure cashier’s float key drop into Income Safety Box at the end of each shift by checking the daily drop sheet.
6. To update insurance status report.
7. To ensure all licenses and contract are updated in listing.
8. To renew licenses and contract prior 3 month before expired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
