As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketer to join our team.
Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketer at i Housing, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our properties through creative content. You will also collaborate with our team to manage Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings and create captivating visual content, including videos and graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content that reflects the i Housing brand and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Content Creation:
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram Reels, showcasing our properties and experiences.
  • OTA Management:
  • Manage and optimize property listings on various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to ensure maximum visibility and bookings.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve listing effectiveness.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, reach, and growth metrics.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Posses at least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management.
  • Posses knowledge on basic video editing & graphic design is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital content.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
