Marketing Admin (OTA)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator with experience in OTA platforms to join our dynamic team. This role will support our marketing efforts by managing listings, optimizing content, and executing promotional campaigns to increase visibility and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • OTA Management: Oversee and manage our listings on various OTA platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Content Optimization: Create and optimize compelling property descriptions, photos, and amenities to enhance search rankings and attract potential guests.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns specifically tailored for OTA platforms, including promotions, discounts, and seasonal offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze competitor strategies on OTAs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of OTA listings and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service for guests and hosts.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on OTA performance, including metrics on bookings, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing or administrative roles, with a focus on OTA platforms or the travel industry.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using OTA management tools, analytics software, and basic graphic design applications.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize listings.

Working Hours : 6 Working Days, 1 Off Day

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
