Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Benefits:
Expected Start Date: 12/01/2024
- Monitor CCTV all direct Lecshine outlet & franchise customer
- Check & Respond Whatsapp, Messenger from customer
- Answer incoming calls & troubleshoot customer issues over the phone (Answer customer questions)
- Must provide to the customer in response to inquiries about products and services, including
- Handles issues in the best interest for customer & company
- Deliver fast the Support ticket for every issues and assigned person to solved the issue.
- Follow up the issues from assigned person and confirm issue resolution
- Reset & Restart Software Teamviewer.
- Seeking feedback from customer after issue resolutions
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
