Customer Service Executive (Banking Industry)

Responsibilities:
Business Impact
  • Handle various banking inquiries to support customer needs effectively.
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions as needed.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience, aiming for first call resolution.
Customers / Stakeholders

  • Address current customer requirements while anticipating their future needs and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexible, customer-centric, and thrive in a team environment, seeking feedback and development.
  • Deliver on promises in line with customer and service expectations.
  • Take ownership and drive first contact resolution.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency with personal computers, basic software packages, and specialized applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, polite, and friendly.
  • Patience and empathy in customer conversations.
  • Follow processes and procedures to mitigate risk/errors.
