Responsibilities:

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Handle various banking inquiries to support customer needs effectively.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions as needed.
- Provide an excellent customer experience, aiming for first call resolution.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree are encouraged to apply.

- Take ownership and drive first contact resolution.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing environment.

- Follow processes and procedures to mitigate risk/errors.
