Customer Service Assistant
Managing and processing all received orders from customers.
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry (delivery order).
Entering data into database software (SQL) and checking to ensure the accuracy
of the data that has been inputted.
Answering incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner.
Applying proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
Working effectively & efficiently with team members to accomplish organizational goals.
Showing alerts to superior/ leader of recurring service failure so that corrective
actions may be taken to avoid future problems.
Initiating advises to customers of other services where appropriate and inform them
of any iregularities in order to pre –empt future problems.
Preparing and entering data for claims purpose from principal.
Any other related duties assigned by the superior or management from time to
time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
