CENTRE ADMIN/ RECEPTIONIST
We are looking for people to join our TEAM!
Vacancy available for:
ADMIN/ RECEPTIONIST
Key Responsibilities:
· Student Management: Enroll new students, process student registrations and payments, manage student records, and provide academic support.
· Center Operations: Handle day-to-day operations, including scheduling classes, managing finances, and maintaining the center. Develop and implement recruitment strategies
· Client Relations: Interact with students, parents, HQ and potential clients, provide information about courses and fees, addressing inquiries and concerns, resolve issues & complaints
· Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and report generation, maintaining office supplies etc.
· Support to Other Departments and Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist other departments as needed, undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
REQUIREMENT
- Decent English proficiency
- 0 - 2 years relevant experience
- SPM, Diploma / Degree
- Possess D license/ have own transport
- Easily adaptable
- Friendly and love to meet new people
- Able to work efficiently and independently
- Willing to work on weekends & in Seremban
- Good administrative & communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
