Job Description & Summary

• Assist the CS team in planning to execution of events/programmes/campaigns under the CR, environment, inclusion & diversity pillars
• Draft emails to staff on announcement of events/programmes/campaigns
• Liaise with volunteers and participants for our programmes
• Manage weekly attendance for our programmes
• Work closely with the social media team to promote programmes
• E xperience working on events/programmes in universi and can do basic design work (canva is fine)

• Requirements
  
• Minimum Academic Requirement : Pursuing degree in any discipline
• Preferably looking for 4-6 months internship
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
• Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships
• Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
• Experience working on events/programmes in university
• Can do basic design work (Canva is acceptable)
