Cashier

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 1 (one) year of cashier experience in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
  • Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records
  • Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth operations at the cashier counter
  • Processes customer’s bills, handles credit transactions.
  • Deal with member’s and visitor’s complaints on matters related to billing and collection at F&B outlets.
  • To monitor and attend customers request for bills
  • To perform individual shift closing and day closing (if last shift of the day) which includes summary list report and ensure that amount is tallies with the daily sales collection.
  • Ensure all bills are paid by credit/debit card, e-wallet and cash are compiled together with the settlement report and summary list to be submitted to finance department daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
