Job Summary: The Retail Cashier is responsible for efficiently handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized checkout area. This role involves processing sales, managing POS, engraving machine and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Transaction Processing

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions (Training will be provided)
• Scan items, input prices and calculate totals accurately
• Handle credit / debit / e-wallet transactions.
• Sales closing after operation hour.

(2) Bottles Engraving

• Operate the engraving machine in-store to perform engraving service of bottles for customers. Training will be provided)

(3) Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with their purchases.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus, but not always required.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, particularly weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
