Responsibilities

• Engage customers warmly, assisting them in finding the perfect jewelry piece for their needs or occasions.
• Maintain an expert understanding of our product offerings, materials, and the latest trends in the jewelry industry.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, building lasting relationships with patrons to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the store's aesthetic appeal and product presentation align with company standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and targets, participating in promotional events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, Malay, and / or Chinese.
• Prior experience in a similar role or the jewelry industry is preferred.
• Strong experience in sales and e-commerce, particularly in online retail platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and live streaming tools.
• A passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
