Business Development Executive-Fresh Graduate

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to be based in Kerinchi, KL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow the company’s market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key partners, and expand the company’s client base.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set business goals and track performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Explore innovative marketing and sales strategies to drive client engagement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct financial advisory services to in providing comprehensive financial planning solutions to clients, within the qualification scope of the candidate.
  • Assess clients’ financial status and recommend investment and insurance options to meet their financial goals.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the financial industry, ensuring the firm’s clients receive updated and informed advice.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide professional advice in line with company policies and the Malaysian financial advisory framework.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma/Degree holder.
  • Fresh graduate who is interested to do sales or those with not more than 1 year of sales experience in banking, insurance or unit trust.
Benefits: 5-day week, phone line, medical insurance, performance bonus, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
