Business Development Executive

FLUX is Malaysia's pioneering All-in-One Car Subscription service. We thrive in a fast-paced environment, constantly making things happen. Help us grow the supply of cars on FLUX by sourcing interesting and attractively priced cars for our subscription service. We’re looking for entrepreneurial, hands-on individuals to join our teams in Kuala Lumpur,
Johor Bahru, and Penang!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Find and onboard new-car Hosts for FLUX.
  • Host Management: Conduct sessions to increase car listings per host and foster strong relationships.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the community to uncover new opportunities and grow the business.
  • Host Education: Train hosts on maximizing profits and provide recommendations on pricing.
  • Support & Resolution: Be the main point of contact for hosts, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Strategic Activation: Conduct on-ground and online initiatives for host and customer acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver against targets.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be a high plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
